      Good, but more of a luxury

      I like this but for the price I think its a bit expensive compared to some other products I have bought. You also need the luxury of time to remember and fit in time to use it every morning.

      But When I do it feels great and I also find it helps relieves pressure as I suffer from a lot of sinus issues.
